Barbecue at Mama's is strictly seasonal. We use traditional slow-smoking methods and refuse to cut corners with liquid smoke or oven shortcuts just to keep BBQ on the menu year-round. When the season is right, you get the real deal. Outside of BBQ season, we serve hearty American comfort food made fresh daily, so there's always something worth coming in for. We'd rather serve you something honest than fake our way through the off-season.

Mama's rubs and sauces are available in-person only, right here at the diner in Sterling. We've stepped back from third-party retail locations and do not currently offer online ordering or shipping. The best way to get your hands on them is to stop by. Some things are worth the trip, and picking up a jar of something this good across the counter is one of them.

Wednesday hours are currently 9am to 2pm, and Thursday through Saturday run 9am to 8pm. Because hours are subject to change, we recommend confirming before visiting, especially during the shoulder seasons.

At this time, Mama's does not offer delivery. Orders are available for call-ahead pickup at our Sterling location on the Sterling Highway.
